Come and enjoy the freedom of the skies, taking in the breath taking views with our tandem skydives here at the North London Skydiving Centre only a few hours’ drive from Sussex. Providing you with the chance of a lifetime, our Sussex skydiving experiences get your heart racing and your adrenaline pumping.
Tandem skydives are great as one-off experiences or for those who like the adventure, a way of preparing you for becoming a fully qualified skydiver. Our first time Tandem skydives are available from just £169 and if you choose to go on and train to become a qualified skydiver you will be able to jump with us for just £27. We can also provide you with gift vouchers starting at £50 if you would rather make your friends and family jump out of a plane at altitudes of up to 15,000 ft.
Here at the North London Skydiving Centre we enjoy some of the best UK weather conditions, allowing us to carry out thousands of tandem skydive parachute jumps every year. All our instructors are fully qualified to British Parachute Association standards, and we are recognised as a Significant Area for Sport by Sport England. So if you are a little worried about jumping, don’t be – you are in safe hands when you jump with us!
What will the experience be like? On arrival at our North London Skydiving Centre, you will be greeted by our expert instructors, who will talk you through all the safety instructions and training you will need in order to jump. They will kit you out with the appropriate safety gear including jump suits, and goggles for those who wear glasses or contact lenses. Then it’s a case of waiting for your time slot.
While waiting, you can take full advantage of our other facilities including food and drink areas, and the opportunity to watch our other skydiving experiences. Spectators are more than welcome to come and watch but please warn them that skydiving is an all-day activity. When it is your turn to jump you will be taken to one of our aircraft and your flight will begin. Strapped securely to your qualified instructor, you will jump out of the aircraft when it reaches an altitude of up to 15,000 ft., free-falling through the air, enjoying the adrenaline rush, before your instructor releases your parachute at around 5,000 ft., steering you to a safe and secure landing.
