Contract Timeline
This page details the relevant sections of our standard customer contract. It shows where refunds are offered and administration charges applied. To view your options please first identify the relevant Section A,B,C,D or E of your contract on the chart below. Your options will then be listed under the section heading.
If you wish to cancel your contract, please email your intentions to office@ukskydiving.com (along with your bank account name, sort code and account number) and we will arrange the appropriate Section A,B,C,D or E refund within 48 hours.
Similarly if you wish to add others to your booking, change names, or change dates please email the booking office at the same address - noting there may be additional charges.

Initial Date Booked
Minimum £50 per person required to make booking – ref “Booking Conditions”.
Customers can change their Initial Date Booked without charge giving at least six weeks’ notice – ref clause 30.
Or they can cancel up to 13 days before and receive a jump fee refund less £50 admin charge – ref clause 31
The booking can be transferred to another eligible person without charge if required - ref clause 29
Pandemic clauses 36 or 38 apply during this time.
13 days or less prior to attending Initial Date Booked
Full payment is required at least 13 days prior to Initial Date Booked or the spaces may be given to other people – ref “Booking Conditions”.
Customers can cancel during this period and receive a refund of their jump fee less a £165 admin charge – ref clause 33.
Change of dates during this period (including non-attendance, other than when specifically advised by NLSC) will be subject to a £50 admin fee – ref clause 30.
The booking can be transferred to another eligible person without charge if required - ref clause 29
Pandemic clause 36 or 38 apply during this time.
First 12 months from Initial Date Booked (plus any applicable extension – ref clauses 28, 37 & 38)
Customers who attend at least 8 times over this period in accordance with clause 24 but fail to complete their jumps because of the weather or otherwise, can receive a FULL REFUND - ref clauses 32 and 27.
Or they can cancel and receive a refund of their jump fee less a £165 admin charge – ref clauses 33 and 27.
Change of booking dates during this period (including non-attendance, other than when specifically advised by NLSC) will be subject to a £50 admin fee – ref clause 30.
The booking can be transferred to another eligible person without charge if required - ref clause 29
Pandemic clause 37 or 38 applies during this time
Next 3 months
Customers can cancel and receive a refund of their jump fee less a £165 admin charge – ref clause 33.
Or they can attend the Residential Course at NO EXTRA COST – ref clause 34.
The Residential Course offers a FULL REFUND of both their course and jump fee if their jump is not completed within 3 continuous days – ref clauses 34 and 39.
The booking can be transferred to another eligible person without charge if required - ref clause 29
Pandemic clause 37 or 38 applies during this time.
Final Options
Customers final options are to either forfeit their jump altogether or attend the Residential Course at the FULL PRICE – ref clause 35.
There is no time limit set to attend this course.
The Residential Course offers a FULL REFUND of both their course and jump fee if their jump is not completed within 3 continuous days – ref clauses 35 and 39.
The booking can be transferred to another eligible person without charge if required - ref clause 29
Pandemic clause 38 applies during this time
