For everyone with an existing booking that is affected by this closure, please be assured that your agreed contract period will be frozen and you will be able to rebook your skydive for another date once we reopen.
In accordance with our standard booking terms, you will also have the option to receive a full refund if the disruption continues for longer than 12 months commencing from today 23rd March 2020.
We will continue to monitor updates on this ever-evolving situation. As soon as things settle down, and we can operate, we will publish details on the homepage of our website. Please, therefore, check our website at regular intervals.
In the meantime please also be aware that we are temporarily having to lay-off all our staff as ‘furloughed workers’ so there will be no one available to answer the telephone or reply to emails from Friday 27th March 2020 onwards, until we reopen.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and support in these unprecedented times. We wish you a healthy and safe few months and look forward to seeing you in hopefully the not too distant future.
