Lockdown Update

Last Updated : February 22, 2021
Next Update : April 12, 2021

This notice applies to bookings made between:

Monday 8th March 2021 and Monday 12th April 2021.

(If you have a booking for later date please re-visit this page nearer the time for further updates).

Unfortunately, it looks as though we are going to have to postpone your tandem skydive with us until at least Wednesday 14th April 2021 when hopefully we’ll be back to full operations.  This follows the recent government announcement concerning lifting the current lockdown restrictions.  We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your statutory rights in these circumstances are explained in the Pandemic section at clauses 36 to 38 of our Terms and Conditions, which are also linked below in the T&Cs section at the footer of this page.  Please have a look before deciding what you want to do.

Your options are either to rebook your skydive for another date, or cancel altogether and receive a refund in accordance with these rights.

To rebook your skydive… please use the re-booking facility on our website, or alternatively email us your requirements. As gesture of goodwill anyone rebooking under these circumstances will be able to restart their contracts in accordance with these terms and conditions (with the exclusion of clause 36) starting from their next rebooking date.  This will give you a full twelve months from this rebooking date to complete your skydive at no extra costs and the opportunity to receive a full refund in accordance with clause 27 if at the end of this period your jump still hasn’t been completed.  As an additional gesture of goodwill we’ll also give you until 30th June 2022 to make this rebooking at no extra cost, irrespective of any price increases that may occur in the interim, by which time hopefully life will be back to normal.

To cancel your skydive… please email us your booking details, along with your bank account name, sort code and account number, and we will arrange the appropriate refund (once it has definitely been confirmed we will be unable operate on your scheduled booking date, which please note may not be until the day itself) in accordance with your statutory rights – noting a £165 administration charge is applicable to cancellations made in relation to clause 37.

For further details about how our administration charges are calculated please see the complaints page of our website.

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time and if we could please ask that you pass this message onto the other members of your group it would be greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, we hope to share with you, in the not-too-distant future, our fantastic and exhilarating sport.
